Leadership Programs

Leadership programs are best suited as 50-90-minute seminars or breakout sessions or as 2-6-hour workshops.

Authentic Power and Leadership

True leaders understand power and the importance of authenticity. While there are many programs on leadership, very few address authenticity and power. This program is for senior level executives who want to engage in rich discussions and exploration about the intricacies and complexities of leading people, Boards and organizations, in a way that is thought provoking, yet practical and pragmatic.

We will diffuse the mystique about power and enhance leadership effectiveness by defining six stages of power that a person can experience.

The Authentic Power and Leadership workshop provides a unique opportunity for participants to explore topics that significantly impact a workforce and organizational culture, which translates to productivity, retention of members and employees and bottom line profitability.

Rising To The Challenge: Transforming Yourself To Senior Leadership

You’ve managed people, but now you’re the Senior Director or new VP. Or you’ve owned your own company but you haven’t stepped up to being the President and CEO.

What does it mean to take on this senior level of leadership? You know it’s supposed to be different – but what does that mean? And you don’t know what you don’t know – and of course, you’re afraid to ask! Because, after all, you’re the boss and you’re supposed to know it all! If this rings a bell for you, Rising To The Challenge: Transforming Yourself to Senior Leadership is for you.

During this program we’ll explore the challenges and essential elements of rising to the next level.

NOTE: This program is designed for people in senior leadership roles, not for those who are aspiring to senior leadership roles.

Leadership Lessons from a Man in a Skirt

Sir William Wallace, aka, Braveheart, sure knew how to rally the Scottish clans for a good fight. In the movie, he told one of the nobles: “Men don’t follow titles! They follow courage!”

This program explores how to have the courage, vision and the communication skills and strategy to be the kind of a leader who gains the fierce loyalty needed to achieve big (and small) dreams. Drawing on the legend and lore of William Wallace and weaving in current day heroes and leadership success strategies, participants will be able to apply the information to both their personal and professional lives.

Participants will leave armed with the tools needed to:

  • Define “courage” and how it’s needed on a day-to-day basis
  • Know how and when to speak up and maintain integrity
  • Create a vision that inspires and motivates
  • Communicate in a compelling way that calls people to action
