Change Management Programs

Change Management programs are best suited as 50-90-minute seminars or breakout sessions or as 2-6-hour workshops.

Change Management – A Change of Plans – The Plan for Change

Staying ahead of change in the 21st century requires planning, accountability and commitment. Managers and supervisors must carefully plan all aspects of change including communication, technology, systems and structures to support the change. Support systems include policies, practices and procedures that are impacted by major change.

To successfully implement change, managers must also engage people throughout the process to ensure ownership and participation.

In this interactive program, participants will learn how to:

  • Take ownership and accountability for change and instill it in others, increasing the likelihood of behavioral change and reducing resistance to change
  • Identify the systems and structures that are impacted by the change and explore how to incorporate them in the process
  • Identify policies, practices and procedures that are impacted and determine if adjustments are needed
  • Create communication strategies for announcing, implementing and on-going support for the change
  • Define benchmarks for success
  • Establish timelines for implementation
